Winslow Skincare was looking for ways to stand out from the increasing competition in the local area - and differentiate itself as being a high-quality provider of skin treatments.

Strategic Marcomms undertook a stakeholder audit (to understand current customer and partner perception) and created a messaging bank of clear, succinct messaging, which not only helps to tell the corporate story quickly but can guide future sales conversations and support the creation of focused and effective marketing collateral.

I find listening to Rebecca very educating and inspiring. Within a few short minutes of our meeting she had carefully listened and understood  the mechanics of my business. She quickly unravelled where I had repetitive issues that were holding back potential clients and came up with some very unique marketing strategies. Because I’m so entrenched in my business, it is difficult to gain perspective, so having the help and review of a third party has been invaluable.

I have historically struggled with my on and offline marketing, so much so, that I had lost confidence in my abilities and was doing nothing. From the strategic plan that Rebecca put together, we formulated a structured and realistic plan that I have since begun to implement. She came up with simple offline events and how to follow those up with the use of online strategies.

The result of following those plans and having her guidance and assistance has meant that I have re-engaged old clients and sped up the buying process from my suspects. All effecting the bottom line of my cash flow spreadsheet.

Frontline Sailing required an overhaul of the existing website, created in-house nearly a decade ago. Therefore, it wasn't just a modern design that was needed, but copywriting support and image sourcing, to really bring the experience of being out on the water to life. 

Over the years I have had many websites done for me as well as having worked in the IT industry a long time ago - I am aware of how tricky it can be sometimes. Rebecca was the first female I have worked with and it was an utter joy. She did what she said she would, when she said she would and if she hit a problem she was honest and forthright about it. Not only that, but she got what message I wanted to get across but was able to also reflect back what the client is looking for when searching to solve the problem we hope to resolve.
